I korthet

As a Digital Associate, you will create high-quality written content for videos/images and label objects on audio, image, and video files. You will perform annotation tasks, participate in data collection, and ensure quality through audits, while meeting daily productivity and quality targets. A strong command of English and a background in linguistics or a related field are preferred.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform simple annotation-related tasks in ML data process areas (audio, image, video).
  • Use internal tools and software provided by the team.
  • Participate in data collection activities when scripts and instructions are provided.
  • Apply language skills, grammar knowledge, and linguistic rules to ensure proper language usage.
  • Maintain high internal quality through quality audits and verification.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Track and share queries related to annotation/data collection with stakeholders.
  • Track daily task completion status and provide individual status reports.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and compliance requirements.
  • Help test new SOPs and ML data tools.
  • Provide specific and timely feedback to streamline processes.
  • Offer remedial instruction in tool usage and other topics as required.

Krav

  • Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
  • Background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data.
  • Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and uses of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
  • Flexibility and interest in doing repetitive tasks.
  • High level of energy and proactive nature.
  • Sense of ownership and drive, and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for language, technology, and AI advancements.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
