Ericsson is seeking a DevOps Architect in Kolkata, India, to drive organizational transformation towards Agile and DevOps. This role involves developing business presentations, managing dependencies and risks, and creating progress reports. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience, including project and people management, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps processes, and 5G products.

Ansvarsområden

Drive organizational transformation towards Agile and DevOps.
Develop business presentations and proposals.
Manage dependencies, risks, and issues with stakeholders.
Develop progress reports and dashboards to monitor activities and trends.
Lead, supervise, and support change in a high-pace environment.

Krav

Minimum 8-10 years of experience, including 3-4 years of project and people management.
Prior experience in a cross-functional global team and senior stakeholder management.
Understanding of Agile deliveries, SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban methodologies/frameworks.
Understanding of DevOps processes/CI/CD and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, Dockets, Ansible).
Fair understanding of Ericsson Business Process.
Strong Communication and Problem Solving Skills.
Strong record for Development and LCM of Enterprise platforms & Automation tools.
