A Device Associate in Quality Services is responsible for executing test cases, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring timely delivery of results. This role involves performing various types of testing, using software tools for data capture, and communicating findings.

Ansvarsområden

  • Execute test cases prepared for testing software builds.
  • Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately.
  • Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases.
  • Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises.
  • Use software tools for data capture on a daily basis.
  • Capture results, communicate and escalate failures.
  • Provide individual status reports.
  • Raise all failures/doubts related to test case execution in the clarification portal and close them as per SLAs.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of QA methodology and tools

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in software-testing techniques (like equivalence class partitioning).
  • Experience in software testing life cycle.
