What you will do:

• Design, develop and maintain verification environments, test frameworks and tooling for radio product verification

• Implement and improve test infrastructure (including automation scripts, simulators, stubs/mocks and integration with CI/CD pipelines) to support functional, performance and regression testing

• Collaborate with verification, system and software teams to understand test requirements and translate them into environment capabilities and reusable solutions

• Analyze environment and tool issues, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and drive fixes and improvements

• Optimize environment performance, stability and usability, ensuring efficient resource usage and smooth test execution

• Contribute to continuous improvement of verification workflows, including best practices, documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

The skills you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics or related field

• Solid programming skills (e.g. Python, C/C++, or similar) and experience in developing tools, scripts or frameworks for test and verification

• Hands-on experience with test automation, verification environments or CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.) is a strong advantage

• Good understanding of software/hardware integration, preferably in radio/telecom or embedded systems contexts

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and quality

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with clear communication and a proactive mindset

• Good English skills (spoken and written) for daily collaboration in an international environment
