This role requires a seasoned Developer with over 11 years of IT experience and at least 9 years as a Technical Lead/Project Manager, focusing on Salesforce Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds. The candidate must be Salesforce Certified and adept at leading teams, managing projects, and collaborating with various technical roles. The position involves full lifecycle support from planning to hypercare, including documentation and client communication.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop and deliver code according to established quality and SLA standards.
  • Maintain existing projects by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Understand client requirements and develop code for required features.
  • Document all work thoroughly.

Krav

  • 11+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Detailed understanding of SFDC Service, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Partner/customer community cloud) is a must.
  • 9+ years of experience as a Technical Lead / Project Manager with SFDC (Service, Sales Cloud) is a must.
  • Only Salesforce Certified professionals are eligible.
  • Proven track record of leading SFDC teams and development projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Experience as a Lead / Project Manager for complex SFDC Sales, Service, and Revenue cloud projects.
  • Experience tracking projects using Jira boards.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com Admin, Architect, and Developer teammates on customizations and configurations.
  • Responsible for process documentation including functional requirements, business process requirements, technical design documents, integration specifications, and data migration specifications.
  • Responsible for supporting the client throughout the development lifecycle from planning till hypercare.
  • Involved in creation of design and assisting the technical team with daily deliverables.
  • Effective communication skills with business users, managers, peers, and project teams.
  • Ability to adapt to various work environments (small/large groups or independently).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adhere to deadlines with reliability and accuracy.
