As a Developer Automation in Chandigarh, India, you will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. You will collaborate with product owners and technical teams, following Agile principles, and analyze/mitigate issues during testing phases. Researching emerging technologies and documenting technical deliverables are key responsibilities.

Ansvarsområden

Understand application and automation requirements and provide scalable designs and solutions.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain SharePoint Out of Box and Power Platform solutions.
Plan and deliver work in sprints/iterations following Scrum/Agile principles.
Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies like PI Planning and Daily Stand-Ups.
Analyze and mitigate issues identified during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live phases.
Review objectives against actual outcomes and implement necessary fixes or enhancements.
Develop UAT plans in collaboration with the PO.
Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and enhance efficiency with the team.
Implement best practices within the team to maximize system/application potential.
Research emerging technologies, automation platforms, and industry trends.
Escalate project issues or limitations and propose actionable improvements.
Document all technical deliverables as part of user manuals, technical specifications, etc.
Follow Power Platform governance and ALM.

Krav

Minimum 4-year experience on applications development on SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate.
Strong hands-on experience & expertise using Power Automate and PowerApps.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online Out of Box features like SharePoint List, Libraries, Workflows, Webparts, Content Types, Document Sets, Master Pages, Permissions Management.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience of working in SAFe, Scrum or Agile techniques for project planning & deliveries.
Experience of working in ITIL model to resolve user queries within stipulated SLAs.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Azure, SharePoint Framework.
Proactive individual contributor & team player.
Effective analytical & problem-solving skills.
Good to have experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Asp.net, C#, jQuery.
Knowledge of Angular, React & other JS technologies are added advantages.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (Certification).
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (Certification).
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (Certification).
