Saab is seeking two DevOps Engineers to develop and modernize their Kubernetes platform services. This role involves hands-on work with modern platform technologies, driving automation, reliability, and scalability, and supporting application delivery across the organization.
Ansvarsområden
- Design, build, maintain, and improve Kubernetes-based platform services.
- Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
- Contribute to platform engineering practices and self-service capabilities.
- Support and enable development teams using the platform.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new platform capabilities.
- Contribute to the migration and modernisation of existing platform services.
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and continuously improve platform performance, stability, and security.
- Work across development and operations to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Contribute to roadmap discussions and continuous improvements within the platform area.
Krav
- Several years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and container-based platforms.
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience working in Linux-based environments.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience operating and supporting business-critical services.
- Understanding of cloud-native technologies and platform engineering principles.
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience working in hybrid Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with platform engineering and internal developer platforms.
- Knowledge of container security and compliance requirements.
- Experience of modernisation and migration initiatives.
- Experience from large or complex organisations.
