We are seeking a DevOps Engineer in Pune, India, to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes. This role involves automating infrastructure, monitoring applications, and ensuring security and reliability for modern manufacturing software. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with cloud services, IaC, and CI/CD tools.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage environments across development, testing, staging, and production.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments.
  • Monitor application & CI/CD health, logs, and performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot build, release, infrastructure, and runtime issues.
  • Support release management and production deployments.
  • Ensure security, backup, and compliance practices are followed.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation on DevOps Architecture.
  • Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker.
  • Configure and optimize DevOps pipelines, repositories, artifacts, and boards.
  • Implement monitoring and logging.
  • Configure security best practices including secrets management and policy enforcement.
  • Automate test products (TestComplete, Selenium, Playwright etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with software developers, QA, security, and architecture teams.
  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum events.
  • Enable development teams with efficient build and release workflows.
  • Communicate deployment plans, risks, and operational issues clearly.
  • Assist with incident management and root cause analysis for production issues.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive processes.
  • Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Contribute to DevOps standards, documentation, and best practices.
  • Mentor & onboard new engineers and DevOps concepts.
  • Stay current with DevOps services, tools, and cloud innovations.
  • Participate in reducing technical debt and improving operational maturity.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, master’s in computer applications (MCA), or an equivalent qualification.
  • 5 + years of proven experience in DevOps in a similar role.
  • Strong experience with Cloud services (App Services, Virtual Machines, AKS, Storage Accounts, Containerization configuration).
  • Experience with Networking (VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers).
  • Understanding of Security fundamentals: RBAC, Key Vault, Managed Identities.
  • Exposure to managing high‑availability, scalable systems.
  • Experience with Cloud Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics.
  • Setting up alerts, dashboards, and log queries.
  • Proven experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and production environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
  • CI/CD pipeline authoring using YAML.
  • Experience with Git-based version control and branching strategies.
  • Proven experience in setting up GitHub.
  • Experience automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
  • Understanding of DevOps, secrets management, and compliance controls.
  • Experience with backups, disaster recovery, and high‑availability setups.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work and handle production responsibilities.
  • Ownership mindset with focus on quality and reliability.
  • Adaptable to fast‑changing cloud and DevOps environments.
  • Continuous learning attitude with attention to detail.

  • Should have good understanding on OS (Linux and Windows).
  • Middleware microsoft, opensource.
  • Should have proven experience in setting up GitHub.
