Arla Foods is seeking a full-time, permanent Despatch Operative for their Stourton site in Leeds. The role involves cold store functions such as order picking, loading/unloading, and operating EWM voice picking technology. Previous warehousing experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

Ansvarsområden

Completing all cold store functions including order picking, physical inventory, loading and unloading vehicles, house-keeping duties, and EWM & voice picking.
Ensuring full completion of daily targets whilst maintaining strict food hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
Operating End of Line Palletisers and scheduling workload for efficient pallet supply.
Performing quality inspections on materials and finished product.
Performing specified cleaning tasks as per daily/monthly schedules.

Krav

Previous experience of working in a warehousing or cold store environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
A motivated team player, who can work on their own initiative.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and sticking to health and safety rules.
Strong communicator, able to prioritise tasks in a timely and organised manner.
Ability to contribute to regular department meetings.
Strong performer with a good attendance record.
Willingness to learn further skills.
