Could you be the full-time Fleet & Depot Planning Leader in Delhi we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your planning and coordination expertise in an innovative and dynamic environment. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our depot and fleet, making a tangible impact on our ability to meet customer needs and maintain high levels of service reliability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Fleet Control, Engineering, and Train Movement teams), liaise with customers to provide real-time updates, and prioritize maintenance and repair activities to optimize depot usage and fleet availability.
You’ll specifically take care of scheduling maintenance exams and coordinating train movements within the depot, but also drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
We’ll look to you for:
Providing up-to-date fleet status information to internal and external customers
Ensuring real-time customer support and managing forward-facing defects effectively
Scheduling maintenance exams to maintain high fleet availability
Prioritizing work to meet train availability requirements
Reacting to train failures and infrastructure issues to minimize production plan impacts
Optimizing depot usage and managing service delivery to meet contractual requirements
Monitoring resources, including facilities, materials, and labor, to achieve the production plan
Supervising all vehicle movements within the depot
Promoting continuous improvement and robust processes within the fleet team

Relevant administrative qualifications
Knowledge of quality and safety systems
A general understanding of rail vehicle maintenance requirements
Experience in a service site or production environment
Strong communication, report writing, and organizational skills
Proficiency in IT tools, including office packages, SAP, and planning tools like MS Project
Flexibility to adapt to varying working hours
