Alstom is seeking a full-time Depot Manager for Train Maintenance Operations in Copenhagen. This role involves leading teams, ensuring safe and efficient daily maintenance, and driving the ramp-up to 24/7 operations by 2027. The ideal candidate possesses leadership experience in railway or maintenance environments and strong people management skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Leading and managing daily maintenance activities on-site
  • Ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time execution of all maintenance work
  • Delivering on the site ramp-up plan toward 24/7 operations
  • Implementing and stabilizing processes, ways of working, and shift structures
  • Coaching and supporting team leaders in performance management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations and ensure compliance with training, safety, EHS, ethics, and quality standards.

Krav

  • Leadership experience within railway, production, or maintenance environments
  • Experience working in operational or shop floor-focused roles
  • Demonstrated success in implementing Lean practices and continuous improvements
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Structured and hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Speaking and Understanding Danish and English

  • Experience with shift-based or 24/7 environments is an advantage
