As a Department Manager in the Markethall - Textile department, you will lead and coach co-workers to create an excellent customer shopping experience and ensure the IKEA product range is presented inspiringly. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience and 2 years of managerial experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain an optimal level of competent co-workers in the correct locations to create an excellent customer shopping experience.
  • Lead and coach co-workers to create a fully and efficiently stocked facility where the IKEA product range is presented in ways that inspire and satisfy customers.
  • Share up-to-date knowledge about the product range and IKEA services with co-workers.
  • Set individual and team goals and objectives focused on optimising customer shopping experience, whilst leading, coaching, supporting and motivating co-workers to achieve these goals and objectives.

Krav

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
