Ansvarsområden
- Analyze incoming equipment and optimize inventory levels across local stockrooms and designated hubs.
- Manage inventory planning to maintain healthy net working capital (NWC) while supporting customer fleet needs.
- Maintain inventory parameters, standard assortments, consignment stock levels, strategic stock, and obsolescence reserves for the assigned product line.
- Identify and implement stock optimization initiatives, including inventory returns and process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate fleet data and maintenance trends are reflected in inventory forecasts.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency at mine sites.
- Support regional and global inventory initiatives and projects as required.
Krav
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of inventory planning, spare parts, working capital, and excess and obsolete inventory management.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and balance inventory costs with customer service needs.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in mining, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or aftermarket parts is preferred.
- Power BI is an asset.
