DeltaV MES Lead with 8 years of experience in MES implementation and full-life cycle projects. Responsibilities include leading design, implementation, and testing of MES solutions using Emerson's Syncade platform, stakeholder engagement, and team management. Requires strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAMP, FDA validation, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Ansvarsområden

Lead the detail design, implementation, test of MES solution for MES projects based on Emerson MES platform- Syncade as per best practices.
Lead, design, implement, and test Syncade MES Recipes on Lifesciences Projects.
Engage with project stakeholders, customer/users, conduct workshops to gather and analyze requirements, define functional requirements, and review software solutions.
Work with Solution Architects/SMEs/Overall Lead to ensure functional Design and development aligns with URS, Solution and guidelines and standards.
Create and maintain required documentation for the project execution.
Proactively manage communications within team.
Plan and organize the work of a project team and report progress status.
Identify, support to manage the risk and ensures prompt resolution of issues and removing roadblocks.

Krav

Minimum 8 years of proven experience in the MES Recipes Implementation.
Full-life cycle implementation acting in key Functional roles working on MES project. Experience in Workshops, agile methodologies etc.
Ability to lead team.
Recipe Authoring
HTML, XML, VB Script
GAMP, FDA validation and 21CFR part 11 compliance
Pharmaceutical manufacturing process
Ability to learn new concepts and approaches.
Persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.
Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.
Possess strong analytical skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor of Engineering Computers / Electronics/Instrumentation from a reputed university
8-10 years of solid work experience and having worked as MES Senior Engineer or Lead.
Experience in MES (Syncade/Werum PASX/Rockwell Pharma Suite/Opscenter/POMS/ Aprisio etc.)
Work experience in the Life Sciences industry
Able to travel in India and Globally as needed
