As a Delivery Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of the BCM programme, managing scope, schedule, quality, commercials, and client relationships. This senior-level, full-time, on-site role in Kuwait City requires extensive experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, and Risk Assessment, including leading client-facing engagements and managing delivery teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own and manage the delivery plan, milestones, dependencies, and critical path against the Statement of Work.
  • Run project governance, including weekly status reporting, steering committee updates, RAID logs, and change control.
  • Manage deliverable production, internal quality reviews, and formal client acceptance.
  • Track commercials including budget, burn rate, milestone invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Identify and manage scope creep, raising change requests proactively.
  • Define BCM scope, policy, and governance structure aligned to ISO 22301 and regulatory frameworks.
  • Direct Business Impact Analysis (BIA), including critical activities, dependencies, MTPD, RTO, RPO, and MBCO.
  • Oversee threat and risk assessment and continuity strategy options.
  • Govern the development of business continuity plans, crisis management structures, incident response protocols, and communication trees.
  • Ensure IT disaster recovery capability aligns with business recovery objectives and identify gaps.
  • Design and execute the exercise program (walkthrough, tabletop, simulation, live failover) and drive remediation.
  • Build awareness, training, and continual improvement cycles for capability handover.
  • Serve as the primary interface to the client sponsor, BCM function, risk, IT, and business unit leads.
  • Secure client-side inputs, approvals, and participation, escalating dependency slippage early.
  • Lead and develop the delivery team, allocating work, reviewing output, and managing utilization.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer for independent client operation of the capability.

Krav

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Enterprise Risk, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end BCM programmes from mobilization through implementation and handover.
  • Experience conducting and governing Business Impact Analyses (BIA).
  • Experience conducting and governing Risk Assessments.
  • Experience conducting and governing Continuity Strategy Development.
  • Experience conducting and governing Business Continuity Plan (BCP) development.
  • Experience conducting and governing Crisis Management and Incident Response programmes.
  • Experience managing programme governance, RAID logs, executive reporting, and steering committees.
  • Experience managing client-facing consulting engagements and programme commercials.
  • Experience leading workshops and stakeholder engagements across business and technology functions.
  • Experience running continuity exercises including tabletop, simulation, and recovery testing.
