We are seeking a Delivery Lead Associate Director to oversee the successful delivery of critical business and technology solutions. This role involves driving operational excellence, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes through strong program execution and client relationship management within complex enterprise environments.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams within critical business systems.
  • Drive delivery excellence through strong governance, planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery commitments.
  • Oversee issue management, risk management, and resolution of delivery challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with client data protection requirements and Accenture operating processes.
  • Conduct contract solution gap analysis and help align delivery with contractual expectations.
  • Apply Accenture delivery models and methods to optimize execution and outcomes.
  • Support system integration delivery management, with a focus on Oracle Cloud and Customer Experience (CX) environments.
  • Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
  • Mentor teams and provide leadership in complex delivery environments.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in delivery leadership, program management, and system integration.
  • Experience leading Oracle Cloud implementations or large-scale enterprise delivery programs.
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery, risk and issue management, and operational excellence.
  • Experience managing client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of contract solution gap analysis and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of client data protection and delivery governance processes.
  • Familiarity with Accenture Delivery Models, Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM), and operating processes.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
