I korthet

Manage AWS global infrastructure operations in India, leading teams of technicians to ensure the highest standards of safety, security, and operational excellence. This role involves maintaining existing data centers, assisting in the build-out of new facilities, and driving continuous process improvement.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage and develop high-quality Data Center Technicians, providing technical and leadership expertise.
  • Maintain existing co-located and in-house Data Centers in India.
  • Help build and bring online new Data Centers in India.
  • Continuously improve all processes and procedures.
  • Assist and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
  • Liaise with internal teams and management groups at ADSIPL.
  • Ensure adherence to and exceed local Health & Safety standards.
  • Create and maintain metrics for all aspects of ADSIPL's Data Centers and utilize them to drive positive changes.
  • Assist in implementing service methodologies including incident, problem, change, and capacity management.

Krav

  • 7+ years of operations management experience.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
  • 5+ years of managing technical teams with significant personnel management experience.
  • Experience in major facilities incident management.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent STEM field, or 3+ months of network and operating system support experience.
  • Experience in project management.
  • 1+ years of Agile methods and processes experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts.
  • Experience implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations.
  • Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent.
