Role: ETL Developer. Design, develop, and deliver data integration solutions using IBM DataStage and other data platforms. Debug data quality issues, work with support teams, and maintain production stability. Must have deep knowledge of data architectures and experience in Agile environments.

Ansvarsområden

Lead technical teams in project implementation using IBM Infosphere DataStage, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix shell scripting.
Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Perform code reviews, identify improvement areas, and ensure best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data processing and integration.
Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Krav

6-9 years of experience as an ETL developer.
Mandatory: ETL, DataStage 8.x, DataStage 9.x, Unix, Datawarehouse, SQL, DBT or Airflow.
Senior level knowledge in Core Competencies: Hands-on development on Data stage as an ETL tool, ETL architecture, Datawarehouse development knowledge, Systems Analysis, Project Management, Information Technology/Software Development, Basic Technical Writing, Process Flow Documentation, Strong Communication Skills.
Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and software project life cycle.
Experience with standard systems analysis tools and procedures.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge of Finance industry – especially Banking industry is a plus.
Strong track record of interviewing business partners, setting and managing expectations in relation to deliverables and requirements.
Familiarity with creating physical data model based on the data model logic.
Knowledge of using Azure DevOps for build and deploy.
