Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI solutions using generative AI, traditional data science algorithms, LLMs, CNNs, and Vision Transformers.
- Apply software engineering best practices to AI solution development.

- Provide supervision to direct reports.
- Make significant decisions that affect work beyond the immediate work group.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of Data Science or related work experience.
- Experience with generative AI, traditional data science algorithms, LLMs, CNNs, and Vision Transformers.
- Experience applying software engineering best practices.
- Experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (Sr Director level and above).
- Experience in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
- Experience working in a large matrixed organization.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 6+ years of Data Science or related work experience.
- 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Sr Director level and above).
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
- 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
