Ansvarsområden

  • Design and implement advanced AI solutions using generative AI, traditional data science algorithms, LLMs, CNNs, and Vision Transformers.
  • Apply software engineering best practices to AI solution development.
  • Deliver end-to-end GenAI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business needs.
  • Provide supervision to direct reports.
  • Make significant decisions that affect work beyond the immediate work group.
  • Communicate complex information verbally and in writing, potentially requiring negotiation, influence, and tact.
  • Work within prescribed budgetary objectives.
  • Influence key organizational decisions with substantial impact.
  • Plan, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks effectively for work without defined steps.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Data Science or related work experience.
  • Experience with generative AI, traditional data science algorithms, LLMs, CNNs, and Vision Transformers.
  • Experience applying software engineering best practices.
  • Experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (Sr Director level and above).
  • Experience in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • Experience working in a large matrixed organization.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of Data Science or related work experience.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Sr Director level and above).
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
