Ansvarsområden

  • Engage daily with international stakeholders to understand business problems and requirements.
  • Design and implement analytics strategies to solve complex business challenges.
  • Develop analytics products using Power BI, Snowflake, SQL and Alteryx.
  • Drive process efficiency by automating manual, data-driven, non-value-added activities.
  • Perform ad hoc, business-outcome-driven analytics to demonstrate the value of data and insights.
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for applying AI solutions to business problems.
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of analytics capabilities and team skillsets.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle of analytics products, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Krav

  • 6+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role.
  • Strong experience with data preparation, processing, and visualization across diverse data sources.
  • High proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environment.
  • Familiarity with and ability to leverage AI to develop and deliver analytics products.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering principles and best practices.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a curious mindset and experience working in agile environments.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and reporting.
  • Intermediate knowledge of statistical methods and predictive/analytical modeling techniques.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Python programming.
