I korthet

As a Data Engineer at Sandvik Coromant in Pune, India, you will transform business requirements into efficient data pipelines for digital manufacturing solutions. You will collaborate with architects and analysts, optimize performance, and promote data asset reuse, contributing to sustainable manufacturing.

Ansvarsområden

  • Translate requirements into Extract-Load-Transform (ELT) pipelines for bronze, silver, and gold data layers.
  • Collaborate with Data Architects on optimal technical solution designs.
  • Work with Analytical Engineers, AI Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure data assets meet requirements.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance for reliability and scalability.
  • Promote asset reuse through documentation, collaboration, and technical training.
  • Deploy, monitor, and provide third-level support for data assets.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT or Computer Sciences.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in a data engineering role.
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in an agile product team organization.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with (Azure) Databricks Lakehouse technology.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and related services.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence technologies is beneficial.
  • Microsoft Power BI experience is preferred.
