Ansvarsområden

- Working to meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow.
- Performing on-call duties and participating in scheduled maintenance and change management activities.
- Contributing to team meetings for metric analysis and goal achievement.
- Documenting technical issues through root cause analysis and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Assisting in training less experienced team members (for more experienced technicians).
Krav
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ years of computer networking experience.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
