As a Microsoft Data Center Technician (DCT), you will prepare, install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and decommission equipment under guidance. This role is crucial for powering Microsoft's cloud services like Azure and Office 365, offering significant growth and development opportunities.

Ansvarsområden

  • Contribute to issue tracking and timely resolution with guidance.
  • Participate in daily safety briefings and complete required safety training.
  • Complete assigned tickets efficiently, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
  • Comply with security and data management procedures.
  • Maintain client focus to understand the impact of work.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing information.
  • Take ownership and pride in data center facility service quality.

Krav

  • Completed High School, GED, apprenticeship/vocational qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 1+ years of experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
  • CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+).
  • Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).
