The Data Center Supply Coordinator in Richmond, VA, is responsible for supporting data center customers throughout the quote-to-cash process, managing supply planning, and ensuring real-time updates on planning and deliveries. This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in customer service, field coordination, or project support, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain dependencies.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support the quote to cash process for Data center customers with all relevant operational and supply information.
  • Represent Operations in front of data center customers.
  • Provide customer support during the process: order status, delivery date.
  • Purchase, control and preparation of supplier's shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with global sales and demand planning regarding customer forecasting and supply allocations.
  • Handle suppliers database.
  • Serve as the one point of contact for data center customers and sales.
  • Provide a one view of the global supply chain for data center customers.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, field coordination, or project support.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer touchpoints and coordinate across internal teams.
  • Familiarity with logistics, service scheduling, or supply chain dependencies.
  • Skilled in proactive communication and issue escalation within high-volume parts and service fulfillment environments.
  • Strong Customer Communication and Expectation Management.
  • Understanding of BHE S&OP, Operations planning, Logistics, and Dependencies.
  • Ability to Identify Risks Early and Escalate Appropriately.
  • Professional Relationship Management under Time-Sensitive Conditions.
  • Experience in customer service, service coordination, logistics, or project management related roles.
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities with professionalism.
