Assa Abloy Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Developer with 7+ years of experience in Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and Power BI for a hybrid role in Chennai, India. This position involves designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data solutions throughout the analytics lifecycle. The role requires strong collaboration skills and a focus on data quality, security, and performance.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design, develop, and optimize data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
  • Build and maintain scalable data models and data marts in Snowflake.
  • Integrate data from CRM (SFDC), SAP, FTP, and API sources into the enterprise data warehouse.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all data pipelines.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for data workflows, integrations, and architecture.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Optimize ADF pipeline execution, Snowflake compute and query performance, and Power BI model size, refresh time, and report responsiveness.
  • Lead the Data Platform setup, including multi-environment configuration (Dev/Test/Prod), security, backups, and performance tuning.
  • Provide architectural guidance and mentoring to development teams and consultants.

Krav

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Cloud Data Platform Developer, working with large-scale data integration and warehousing solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestrating and automating data workflows.
  • Proficient in Snowflake Data Warehouse, including data modelling, performance tuning, and advanced SQL.
  • Experience designing data models for Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Modern Data Platforms.
  • Hands-on Power BI expertise, including Power Query, DAX, star-schema modelling, semantic models, interactive reports, dashboards, drill-through, bookmarks, and performance optimization.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/SFDC), SAP, FTP servers, APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Solid understanding of data quality, data governance, and best practices in ETL/ELT processes.
  • Ability to integrate AI-driven solutions securely, ensuring data governance and compliance.
  • Clear communicator with collaborative leadership style, fostering teamwork and mentoring peers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
