Transcom is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Experience Representative in Kaunas, Lithuania. This full-time role involves providing excellent customer service via phone or chat for a food industry start-up, with a rotating schedule including evenings and nights. Ansvarsområden

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or chat.
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, and share knowledge.

Krav

  • Danish (C1 level required)
  • English (B2 level or higher)
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • The department operates 24/7.
  • The schedule is rotating and prepared according to business needs.
  • This position typically includes evening and weekend shifts, as well as approximately 2–4 night shifts per month.
  • Standardized testing will be used in the recruitment process.

  • Salary: €1650-2000 gross, including base salary and a maximum monthly performance bonus of €350 gross (for full-time work, daytime shifts only; night shifts are paid at a higher rate in accordance with Lithuanian law).
