Ensure efficient and timely processing of import and export customs documentation and certificates.
Prepare customs documentation packages and verify data for customs declarations.
Proactively identify and resolve missing documents and certificates.
Archive and store documents according to retention protocols, including scanning for electronic records.
Improve awareness of customs operational processes and suggest process improvements.
Support audits for assigned countries.
Maintain proficiency in documentation and certificate requirements and customs systems.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade or International Business.
Availability of 4-5 days per week.
Internship duration of at least 4 months.
Familiarity with office software such as Excel and Outlook.
Good foundational English skills.
