Ansvarsområden

  • Book sales orders in SAP Act! and communicate acknowledgements.
  • Follow up with product companies for timely delivery and communicate status to sales/customers.
  • Prepare standard documentation for order execution and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with logistics and credit control teams for dispatch and tax-related documents.
  • Conduct first-level payment follow-up with customers.
  • Support material and customer master data creation in SAP Act!
  • Assist with price revisions and customer master data creation.
  • Prepare and coordinate Bank Guarantees.
  • Extract and share reports on bookings, target achievement, and receivables.
  • Ensure rollout of NPS and follow up on customer feedback.
  • Receive and share customer concerns with relevant departments for resolution.

Krav

  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of commercial terms.
  • Graduate from any stream; Masters preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize effectively and set priorities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including presentations).
  • SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
