Atlas Copco is seeking a Customer Support Officer in Pune, India. This role involves managing order booking and execution, performing business analysis and reporting, and handling customer feedback (NPS). A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in industrial goods is required, with advanced Excel skills being essential.
Ansvarsområden
- Receive and book orders in SAP/C4C, communicating acknowledgements.
- Prepare documentation for order execution and invoicing, coordinating with logistics and credit control.
- Follow up on payments and escalate delays.
- Coordinate with product companies for material status and documentation.
- Support Zones, Marketing, and Projects teams with reports and analysis.
- Prepare and coordinate Bank Guarantees.
- Extract and share standard reports (weekly booking, target achievement, receivables).
- Ensure NPS rollout, follow up on feedback, and share concerns with relevant departments.
Krav
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Industrial Goods.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must.
- MS Office proficiency (including presentations).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be a team player.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to plan, organize effectively, and set priorities.
