We are seeking a Customer Support professional in Shanghai to manage the end-to-end order to cash process, including order fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing. Ansvarsområden

  • Manage the order to cash process for various order types from acceptance to invoicing.
  • Provide customer support regarding order status and delivery dates.
  • Purchase, control, and prepare supplier shipping documents.
  • Coordinate export and import activities, including documentation, logistics, and customs clearance.
  • Handle the suppliers database.
  • Maintain backlog and WIP.
  • Administer claims.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 2 years of working experience.
  • Good English (oral and written).
  • Good PC literacy in MS Office.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle conflicting demands and work under pressure.
