Microsoft is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) in Belgium to empower strategic enterprise customers by accelerating value realization on Digital Cloud Platforms. This full-time hybrid role involves end-to-end post-sales delivery and support orchestration, requiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience. Travel is expected between 25-50%.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals.
  • Align objectives with the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account.
  • Link Customer Success Plans (CSPs) with account plan priorities and develop bookable programs of work.
  • Support program planning and customer-facing program reviews.
  • Prioritize engagements and work with key technical stakeholders to address customer outcomes.
  • Initiate conversations with customers to connect objectives and the Microsoft portfolio.
  • Align Microsoft technology and services with customer goals and objectives.
  • Meet consumption milestones by tracking adoption and usage of Microsoft products and services.
  • Identify areas where adoption could be improved and take action to drive usage.
  • Develop and leverage an understanding of retention and churn to identify potential issues.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree OR Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 4+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
  • OR equivalent experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Several years relevant work experience within customer industry.
  • Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365).
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification or equivalent service management certification.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • Prosci or equivalent certification.
  • English language required.
  • French or Dutch preferred.

Förmåner

  • Typical base pay range: €93,000.00 - €181,200.00 per year.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
