Ericsson is looking for a Customer Solutions Intern to support the CTO organization. This internship offers students the chance to work with next-generation networks, AI, cloud technologies, and automation, gaining hands-on experience in shaping the future of connectivity.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support enablement of emerging technologies like 5G/6G, AI, cloud-native platforms, and automation.
  • Assist with technology strategy initiatives, customer-focused innovation projects, and roadmap discussions.
  • Evaluate industry trends and prepare summaries and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with CTO team members on network transformation, innovation, and planning.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to analyze information, identify trends, and summarize findings.
  • Gain exposure to customer engagement, technology leadership, and strategic technology decisions.

Krav

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related technical field.
  • Strong interest in telecommunications, wireless networks, cloud technologies, AI, automation, and emerging technology trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to research complex topics and translate technical concepts into clear insights.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration across technical and business teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with data analysis, scripting, programming, AI tools, network technologies, or technology research is a plus.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for solving challenging problems.
