Tetra Pak is seeking a Customer Service Intern in Bogota, Colombia, to support operations through report generation, backlog management, and performance monitoring. Ansvarsområden

  • Generate reports, assist with backlog management, collect labor hours, and monitor operational performance indicators.
  • Assist with customer service planning and coordination, including communication follow-up, maintenance events, service agreements, action orders, and customer onboarding.
  • Process low-complexity quotations, respond to customer inquiries, provide account planning inputs, and ensure timely information flow.
  • Perform data quality reviews, validation, and correction activities to maintain system data accuracy.
  • Analyze operational and customer experience data, prepare reports and insights, support profitability tracking, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Krav

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Scripts, Macros, Power BI, or interest in data analysis, process improvement, and customer service operations.
  • Advanced English proficiency (fluent written and spoken).
  • Availability for internship from January 18 to June 14, 2027.
  • Graduation expected in July 2027 or later.
  • Availability to work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.
