We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist fluent in Finnish and Swedish to join our team in Poland. You will assist customers via phone and email, provide technical advice, and collaborate with a team to achieve goals. Ansvarsområden

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone and email (back office).
  • Providing technical advice and assisting with scheduling service appointments.
  • Following current procedures to always deliver reliable support.
  • Collaborating with the team and Team Leader to achieve goals together.
  • Implementing positive changes based on received feedback.
  • Checking for updates in procedures.
  • Handling phone calls alongside back-office tasks.

Krav

  • Fluent Finnish (min. C1) – essential for customer service.
  • Fluent Swedish (min. C1) – essential for customer service.
  • Strong listening and reading comprehension skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.
  • Proficient computer skills – all tasks are handled digitally.
  • Openness to learning, a curious nature, and commitment during training sessions.
  • Ability to work in a team and a willingness to help fellow team members.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Stable, wired internet connection (e.g., ADSL, fiber optic) with a minimum download speed of 5 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 2 Mbps.
