Ansvarsområden
- Respond to customer queries about orders, payments, quality of service, and other questions via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate way.
- Work in a project receiving emails, chat messages, and calls daily in Danish and English.
- Work in different shifts, including 2-4 night shifts per month, as the department operates 24/7.
Krav
- Strong verbal and written Danish and English communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
- Availability to work in different shifts.
- Ability to quickly grasp information, adapt, and respond to changes.
