This role involves supporting a leading global retail platform, providing innovative products and seamless digital shopping experiences.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support a leading global retail platform by delivering innovative products, everyday essentials, and seamless digital shopping experiences.
  • Contribute to merchandising and product initiatives, strengthen relationships with sellers and partners, and help create smooth, customer-focused omnichannel experiences.
  • Provide excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone.
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge, and learn together with colleagues.
  • Work rotational shifts 24/7.

Krav

  • C1 written and spoken proficiency in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to change.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience.
