Transcom is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for their Porto, Portugal office. This role involves assisting customers via multiple channels, troubleshooting inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The position offers a hybrid work model after an initial office-based period and provides relocation support.

Ansvarsområden

  • Assist customers via multiple channels in English and Dutch.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, providing clear solutions and guidance.
  • Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues.

Krav

  • Native or fluent in Dutch language (level C1+).
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) written and oral.
  • Willingness to work in the office for the first 6 months, after which a hybrid model will be implemented.
  • Ability to work shifts Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working in the largest online international C2C marketplace in Europe dedicated to second-hand fashion is a plus.
