Ansvarsområden

  • Provide an excellent customer experience by responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via tickets.
  • Work for a leading global digital marketplace dedicated to making pre-loved fashion accessible, focusing on scaling platform growth and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.
  • Rotating shifts.

Krav

  • C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in English.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening.
  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience.
