Ansvarsområden

  • Handle shared inbox and eStore operations.
  • Process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Support team development in handling customer inquiries.
  • Perform administrative duties, including managing office supplies.
  • Assist with office coordination.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

Krav

  • 1+ years' experience in customer service role.
  • Proficiency in SAP a plus.
  • Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Capable of completing tasks within appropriate turnaround times.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
