As a Customer Service Business Expert in Denton, TX, you will ensure the consistent execution of Order Fulfillment Packaging Material (OFPM) processes, train team members, and troubleshoot system issues. This role involves collaborating with internal functions, driving new product development, and focusing on key performance indicators to improve customer service.
Ansvarsområden
- Ensure Order Fulfillment Packaging Material (OFPM) processes and tools are executed per global standards.
- Drive consistency of OFPM processes within the customer service area.
- Train team members and implement new processes or process changes.
- Raise awareness of gaps in the current process to the central organization.
- Troubleshoot system issues/errors and provide training on tool/system functionality.
- Propose system improvements to better serve the team and customers.
- Execute the order management process for Planned Maintenance (PM) / Autonomous Maintenance (AM) order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with internal functions such as planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, and technical service.
- Drive the operational execution of New Product Development.
- Improve World Class Manufacturing activities from the customer perspective.
- Focus on key performance indicators via the customer dashboard.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in customer account management.
- Work experience in automation and data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Python, SAP scripting, and Microsoft Excel Visual Basic.
- Work experience in troubleshooting system issues without guidance.
- Work experience with system platforms, including SAP, SalesForce, and Business Objects.
- Experience delivering content to diverse audiences using adaptable communication strategies for training.
- Experience coaching and training others to create automation solutions.
- Experience with World Class Manufacturing Methodology.
