Ansvarsområden

  • Support customers with pre-sales enquiries and product-related questions.

  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and ownership.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives that continuously improve customer service experience.

Krav

  • Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, or contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A professional and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions.
  • Confidence to engage with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong team spirit.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.
