Ansvarsområden
- Support customers using technical expertise.

Krav
- Previous technical experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle industry.
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience within the automotive, heavy vehicle, or transport industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Full New Zealand or Australian working rights required.
