As a Part-Time Customer Relations Officer at IKEA in Quezon City, you will ensure a positive and joyful shopping experience for all visitors. You will handle customer difficulties, resolve inquiries about IKEA products, and escalate issues when necessary, while maintaining a safe store environment. This role requires flexibility in work hours and computer literacy.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure customers have a memorable shopping experience for repeat business.
  • Handle and resolve customer difficulties, including product assembly issues and component part exchanges.
  • Develop strong knowledge of all items to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues within authorization levels.
  • Escalate higher issues with relevant information to a manager.
  • Ensure the IKEA store is a safe and secure environment at all times.
  • Understand and utilize the IKEA Concept, global solutions, tools, and working methods.

Krav

  • Experience working in a customer-service role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong team player who values togetherness and is committed to their role.
  • Possess a strong customer service focus mind-set.
  • Able to remain calm and controlled and provide solutions when faced with customers in stressful situations.
  • Able to handle stress and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate.
