Autoliv Thailand is seeking a Customer Quality Support Advanced Engineer in Chonburi. This role involves leading problem-solving processes, implementing statistical process control, and driving continuous improvements in automotive safety products to ensure quality and prevent customer concerns.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead problem-solving process to eliminate root causes of nonconforming products for both customer and internal concerns.
  • Ensure all 8D follow-up activity and close.
  • Communicate with all MC personnel to get supports as needed.
  • Implement statistical process control at key process characteristics.
  • External failure cost control by quick containment actions in the event of customers claims.
  • Owner of Process release activity to ensure quality of the process & products from TG3 onwards.
  • Support APDS activities related to quality tasks based on AS100 – TG3.
  • Support ECR activities related to quality tasks based on AS007.
  • Drive continuous improvements related to APS (Quality First), including proactive activities within MCs.
  • Support internal audits, customer audits and third-party audits.
  • General assignment required by Production /Customer Quality Section Manager.

Krav

  • Experience in leading problem-solving processes and 8D methodology.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
  • Experience with external failure cost control and containment actions.
  • Understanding of process release activities.
  • Familiarity with APDS and ECR activities.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting internal, customer, and third-party audits.
