Autoliv Tijuana is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer responsible for managing customer quality relationships, driving improvements in customer scorecards, and leading customer meetings. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, advanced English, previous quality management experience, and technical skills in Customer Scorecards, Core tools, and Customer Specific Requirements.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and the organization for all quality-related topics.
  • Monitor Voice of the Customer (VoC) and ensure optimal levels.
  • Drive Customer Scorecard Improvement on the division.
  • Lead customer meetings, audits, and program reviews during escalation concerns/issues.
  • Understand customer-specific requirements (CSR) and ensure fulfillment and alignment across internal teams.
  • Support APQP/PPAP activities to ensure customer deliverables are submitted on time and right the first time.
  • Promote a customer-first mindset and train/coach on 8D quality of root cause, corrective action, preventive action, and Yokoten.
  • Lead technical assessment and support BU on the sign-off of customer warranty agreements, negotiate warranty costs, coordinate warranty improvements, and monitor warranty-related emerging concerns.

Krav
