        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve**:**

  • Manage customer orders, forecasts, and logistics requirements to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, resolving order-processing and supply chain issues.

  • Coordinate production, inventory, and shipping plans with logistics, warehouse, and operational stakeholders.

  • Monitor customer demand variations and adjust production and delivery schedules accordingly.

  • Optimize transportation and export activities to achieve cost-effective and timely deliveries.

  • Oversee finished goods inventory levels, stock accuracy, and returnable packaging availability.

  • Track logistics performance indicators, analyze deviations, and lead corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.

  • Ensure proper communication, reporting, and documentation while escalating logistics incidents when necessary.

     If you have/are:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or a similar environment.

  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel.

  • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken).

  • German language skills are considered an asset.

  • Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to make sound, data-driven decisions and solve operational issues effectively.

  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on execution and meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
