Autoliv China is looking for a Customer Planning Advanced Specialist to join their logistics team in Baoding. The role involves planning sales based on customer demand, ensuring 100% delivery performance, managing inventory, and coordinating transportation. Responsibilities also include order tracking, invoicing, settlement, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Ansvarsområden

  • Plan sales according to customer demand.
  • Ensure 100% customer delivery performance and follow up on customer records.
  • Analyze customer plans and maintain them in QAD.
  • Track the completion of customer orders and perform variation analysis for customer plans and actual deliveries.
  • Control FG inventory, EC, and EOP parts inventory.
  • Manage and monitor T.W. (Transportation Workload).
  • Arrange transportation reasonably.
  • Verify delivery quantities with customers and complete settlements.
  • Perform variation analysis for actual QAD sales and settlement quantities.
  • Handle invoice delivery and collection for a portion of customers.
  • Manage settlement for customer claims and goods returns.
  • Release orders, follow up on shipments, and analyze actual vs. over variance.
  • Submit premium cost applications before they occur.
  • Communicate customer information and requests to relevant internal departments.
  • Build good relationships and maintain communication with customers.
  • Coordinate with customer-related departments to resolve logistic supply issues.
  • Support other tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Understand company policy, compliance with company requirements, hazards, and control methods during work.
  • Understand customer quality/EHS policy and comply with customer requirements.
