Arla Foods is seeking a Customer Finance Business Partner in Solna, Sweden, to collaborate closely with Sales Customer Directors and drive profitable growth through data-based decision-making, forecasting, and performance tracking. The role requires a Bachelor/Master's degree in Business or Economics, 3-5 years of finance controlling experience in FMCG, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as Finance Business Partner to a Customer Sales Director.
  • Enable sound and data-based decision-making for business partners.
  • Conduct solid forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for the team.
  • Support monthly close activities and negotiations.
  • Develop new business insights.
  • Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a category, supporting the SE commercial business with insights and recommendations for profitable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain finance.

Krav

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or similar.
  • 3-5 years of proven successful experience in finance controlling, forecasting, planning, or similar within an FMCG company.
  • Good understanding of business and financial analysis, and result follow-up.
  • Ability to handle and interpret large quantities of data in Excel.
  • Several years of experience in Power BI database & report building, SAP R/3, data engineering, Databricks.
  • Working with local and global teams.
  • Full proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working directly with Sales Customer Teams.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and driving complex cross-functional projects.
  • Minimum of three days a week working from the Solna office.
