I korthet

As a Customer Experience Coordinator at IKEA, you will oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the customer shopping journey by collaborating with various teams. You will ensure consistent information delivery, record relevant data, and build customer relationships to boost sales and profitability, while fostering an inclusive work environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Oversee day-to-day operations including opening and/or closing duties, key and alarm code responsibilities.
  • Troubleshoot and apply appropriate corrective actions such as emergency and incident response, authorization, and access.
  • Enhance the shopping journey of visitors by collaborating with all functions to increase co-worker competence and knowledge.
  • Ensure customers receive consistent information throughout their shopping journey.
  • Record information in relevant systems to improve the customer's future shopping experience.
  • Enhance customer relationships to boost sales and ensure sustained profitability by understanding IKEA's product range and services.
  • Offer alternative solutions that meet the needs of individual customers when needed.
  • Forge a team mindset centered around first time right for every customer, ensuring a positive customer journey.
  • Take part in additional department responsibilities to secure the daily operation for co-workers and customers.
  • Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

Krav

  • 3 years of related experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service and customer-focused environment.
  • Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (1-50lbs).
